The P.E Department aims to stimulate interest and enjoyment in physical activity, and to promote the benefits of taking regular exercise whilst in College and in the future

The curriculum lessons aim to be challenging, but above all fun. All pupils experience a variety of activities, among them, Gymnastics, Tennis, Swimming and Dance. GCSE pupils may use the University facilities and are introduced to Squash, Badminton, Trampolining and Basketball. The school boasts an all-weather Astroturf pitch, and an indoor heated swimming pool. College teams in all sports are entered for Berkshire-run events and tournaments, experiencing great success - with pupils picked for the County Hockey and Athletics teams. A wide range of P.E clubs including Trampolining, Badminton and Synchronised Swimming are open to all pupils and take place during lunch-times and after school.

Up to Year 9 the pupils follow a programme of Gymnastics, Dance, Swimming, Hockey, Netball, Tennis, Athletics and Rounders. Download the current fixture list in pdf format.

GCSE PE (AQA) is offered as an Examination subject in Year 10 and the Community Sports Leaders Course is very popular in the Sixth Form. Download the current fixture list in pdf format.
