Students from Year 13 celebrated a fantastic round of A Level results, with a perfect pass rate of 100%, which included 86% of results at A*-B.

Each and every student achieved beyond their ability levels, and their results demonstrate the hard work they put in, and the quality and dedication of the staff at St Joseph’s College.

Outstanding results included Anisha Thomas with four subjects all at Grade A, Caitlin Meredith with one A*, 2 A’s and a B, and Vanessa Williams and Rachel Own both with 3 Grade A’s and one B.

Parents, friends, staff and the Head all gathered at the school to celebrate the results.  Mrs Sheridan said: “We are absolutely delighted with these results which show that many of our students have exceeded our expectations, with 98% gaining A-C’s.  All of them have fulfilled or surpassed their own potential, and they have contributed so much to St Joseph’s during their time here. I would like to congratulate each of them and wish them the very best in their future journeys, whether to university or on to other challenges”.

SUMMARY OF RESULTS:

  • 100% Pass Rate (A*- D)
  • 51% Grade A*- A
  • 86% Grade A*- B
  • 98% A*-C
