Staff go the Extra Mile to Raise Money

St Joseph's College staff members gave up their lunchtime to join in with the Sport Relief Mile. Mrs Walder showed a spirited effort to complete her mile without stopping and without losing her water bottle. Mrs Spence completed a very fast mile in her University cap and gown, despite the early warm weather. Mr McHugh supported from the sidelines in a celebratory Easter bonnet. Mr Robson had clearly taken note in the previous week’s assembly and ran his mile in a stunning black and white dress to support the award categories set out by the Sport Captains! Mrs Albrow contributed to the event by swimming over ten lengths for her year group fundraisers.
