The Carnegie Book Group met for the second time and gave invited students who are reading the books shortlisted for this year’s Carnegie Medal Award the opportunity to discuss. Favourites are ‘Everybody Jam’ by Ali Lewis and ‘Between Shades of Grey’ by Rupa Sepetys. The group have set up their own shadowing site which allows them to update their views on the books and we look forward to hearing which book the students vote as their winner!
