St Joseph’s College Sixth Form is located in Broad Oak House, a beautiful Grade II Listed Building at the heart of the College and central to the history of St Joseph's
From ages 16-18, the Sixth Form is an integral and important part of the College. Class sizes are small and pupils are encouraged to take responsibility for the planning and execution of their studies. They also play an active part in the smooth running of the College and organise House events and club activities. More details on the curriculum and life in the Sixth Form can be found in our Sixth Form Brochure.
The Sixth Form Centre includes a Common Room with kitchen facilities, as well as individual tutorial rooms fully equipped with networked PC's.
Entry is dependent upon an interview with the Headmaster and Head of Sixth Form and a satisfactory report from the applicant's former school. The required academic standard is normally a minimum of five good GCSE grades.
For the Sixth Form, there is no uniform, however a colour scheme is chosen in Year 11, which is worn by that group throughout the following two years.
