Hockey is an extremely popular sport at St Joseph's College and one that all pupils enjoy and compete in.

Hockey is taught across all age groups, developing pupil’s strength and co-ordination. Competitive hockey is accessed in class, through inter-house matches, in mini-hockey leagues and full 11-aside tournaments, helping all players to develop their understanding of the game and their teamwork skills.

Our full sized AstroTurf pitch is an excellent facility for pupils to improve their ball control, passing and tackling. St Joseph’s host several tournaments in hockey throughout the winter season.
