St Joseph's College has a large playing field in the College grounds, which is used regularly by both the Preparatory and College students

During the summer months College pupils can be seen enjoying a regular game of Rounders, a sport which is increasing in popularity because all pupils can take part no mattter their skill level.  Rounders inter house and school competitions spark friendly rivalry between boys and girls where no two games are the same.
